Welcome to Physical Volleyball!

Volleyball is a powerful sport that demands versatile physical skills and abilities. As a player, you have to be strong, agile, fast and coordinated all specific to volleyball. You have to jump high, hit strong and defend swiftly to outperform your opponents. If you're not well trained you'll either get injured or pushed on the bench by more committed players.


Physical volleyball, its workouts and training plans will not only help you to build the strength and power for the game but also reduce the risk of injury, become more mobile and recover faster so you can play volleyball for many years.



Things take time. Things take hard work and that's how the winning is done. Set goals, it will pay off. It's no secret that real progress can only be reached through methodical and systematic training. Having a clear strategy for at least a few weeks (8-12) is key to start seeing a change and tracking how things are going. So first, you need to come up with A PLAN. We got more precise, discovered new exercises, and got some new workout plans.


My goal is to help volleyball players reach their athletic potential and show how physical training will help them to achieve their volleyball goals. This website is to be a resource to volleyball players and coaches through volleyball exercises, training plans and work-outs.
